Refund Eligibility
- Items Eligible for Return: You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be returned in their original packaging.
- Non-Returnable Items: Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Return Process
- Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service at info@zedinternational.co.uk to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
- Send the Item Back: You will receive instructions on how to return your items. Shipping costs for returning the item are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
- Receive Your Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Shipping
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
